3 Layer Red Velvet Cake

I made a 3 layer red velvet cake with a cream cheese frosting and walnuts. I forgot to crush the walnuts, so it looks kind of funky. =\ Oh well.. better luck next time for me. heh I hope it tastes ok. I'm bringing it to work tomorrow. I made red velvet cupcakes on Friday night to test it out. It tasted ok. heh

I went to my friend Zach's graduation party last night. He got his MBA - congrats Zach!! For some reason, I have super tall guy friends in Salt Lake. Hah. =)

Neha and I hung out today.. had breakfast.. hung out at the Gateway Mall.. good times. The weather was perfect today. I love spring in Utah.
